What’s not included
- The upfront search and clearance fee, billed separately
- Additional trademark classes ($795 each for the pair)
- Office action responses beyond the first per mark
- Brand monitoring after month 12, which is included with Momentum membership
If the search shows registration is not possible, you can cancel after the first monthly payment and owe nothing further. The search fee and the first month are non-refundable.
